The Pillars

These pillars are not values — they are load-bearing standards. Remove one and the structure collapses.

1. Submission to God

Proverbs 9:10

Strength without submission becomes pride. This path begins with reverence, listening, and obedience before anything else.

Scripture

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.

2. Physical Capability

1 Timothy 4:7

Your body is a tool for service. We train it so we can carry weight when others cannot.

Scripture

Train yourself for godliness.

3. Burden-Bearing

Galatians 6:2

Strength is tested by what you carry for others. We are formed for service, not self-display.

Scripture

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

4. Discipline

Hebrews 12:11

Discipline is not punishment. It is the path to peaceful strength and a steady life.

Scripture

For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

5. Honor

1 Samuel 2:30

Honor is obedience in public and private. We honor God, family, and brothers without needing credit.

Scripture

Those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

6. Brotherhood

Proverbs 27:17

We sharpen each other without posturing. Brotherhood is accountability, encouragement, and shared load.

Scripture

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.

7. Multiplication

Matthew 28:19

Strength is not private. We multiply what we receive so others can walk with endurance.

Scripture

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.
